I love the book! It has so much history along with great recipes! I cannot tell you all how much I enjoy reading local history…In this case Texas Ranch History! Well there was a simple and easy recipe for 15 minute company biscuits!
They are light delicious and fail proof!

Tears came to my eyes! Unexpectedly… I remembered how good Grandma’s biscuits were! How easily she made them! I could see her in my mind thru the years cooking for her family that she loved with all her heart…So many memories!
What a treasure this new cook book is! In so many ways…that I would never have thought of !
