The other evening (it was dark) The pup and I went to check on the sheep and to check their water…
As we walked out in the open field…the stars were shinning brightly in the clear night air…It was still very warm… The frogs were singing their “Oh Happy Happy Spring Song” …the grass is turning green and you can smell the freshness…the sheep bells ringing softly as the sheep grazed… As we walked out over my head there was a shooting star! I caught my breath and thought… Oh my goodness …it just does not get any better than this… A fine pup at my side …sheep grazing contently and a shooting star in the night sky!
Oh yes… God is in His Heaven and all is right!
You bet I made a wish!
and then I said a prayer…Some how the two are not different any more.:-)
