We have been practicing gathering in large field on large flocks… and doing a come bye and an away.. Kay stops me and has me to lie down…I have been doing a lot of pen work and Kay works the gate while I sort and do the work…
We are going to start practicing driving tomorrow…We have been working daily…
This evening Kat Ballou tried to assist me…(I was not pleased!) I am the working stock dog here on this farm…she is but a pup…(but Kay believes she has great promise) … I do not need nor do I want a pups help!
I gathered and did some good wide out runs…I love the work!
Kay and I are a good team…and Kay is getting better at reading the stock! (finally she is starting to pull her weight!) 🙂
We are going to have a great time at the trial!
